Cancellations and Refund Policy
Healing Arts and Wellness reserves the right to arrange for a qualified substitute teacher as needed or to cancel classes due to inclement weather or staff emergencies. Any class cancellation will be denoted in the online schedule and reservation system. Morning classes will not be held if any major weather event occurs or any delay or cancellation of local public schools.
We request 2 hours notification for any class cancellations. No-shows that fail to cancel will be charged the entire class fee. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person or time period.
All appointment cancellations require 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment date/time. Absences or no-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. If the client is late for an appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
All one time or multi-day events or workshops have a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit. No deposit refunds are available if enrollment is canceled less than 1 week prior to the event or workshop.
Retail returns will be honored with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit only.
*All essential oils are non-refundable once opened.
